Our simple, proven process is guaranteed to next-level your game

    Initial Assessment

    An initial 90-minute session uses Force Plates, bio-mechanical movement analysis and swing speed baseline measurements to identify areas of weakness unique to your swing.

  2. 2

    Programme Design

    Based on the data gathered during our initial assessment we will then develop an individualised movement programme which includes access via our Golf Fit mobile app.

  3. 3

    Review & Refine

    A free follow-up session will allow us to assess and adjust your programme to best ensure your goals are accomplished. An ongoing management programme can also be put into place.

A comprehensive movement assessment

Our assessment, developed in collaboration with the Titleist Performance Institute, will establish a handicap baseline and identify physical strengths and weaknesses.

A bespoke workout programme

Each programme is individual to the player, designed to eliminate issues discovered  in your assessment. It will develop your flexibility, increase your stability, anchor your balance and boost the power in your golf swing.

Access to the Golf Fit app

Exercise demonstration videos are available 24/7 via your account on the Golf Fit app so that you can access your bespoke training programme whenever and wherever you need to. 

Follow-up session

free follow-up session will allow us to review your progress and enhance your programme to ensure that the achievement of one goal becomes the starting point for another. Continued progress equates to continued success.

Are there any commitments beyond the initial assessment?

No. There is no obligation to purchase any follow-up sessions or other related services after the movement assessment.

Do I need a referral to book an assessment?

Absolutely not – whether you are looking to improve your game or if you need to work around an injury we’d be happy to help. All you need to do is book in an initial assessment and we can then build you a unique programme personalised to you.

Can the programme be changed after it’s initial creation?

Yes , additional strength and speed development programs can be introduced if required.

What advantages do you offer over cheaper apps and services?

Individualisation of an exercise program. Attention to performing exercises correctly with focus on the area specific not only to the exercise but also to the person.

Do you offer any ongoing support for the training programme?

Yes, follow ups are based on individual needs.

Can the programme accommodate short and long-term injuries?

Yes, we are referred clients with long and short term pain regularly and work regularly with a range of medical professionals to create ‘return to play’ and ‘return to compete’ protocols for golfers.

Do I need to be playing at a certain level for you to help me?

No. Our programme is available for golfers of all levels and abilities.

How quickly should I see an improvement?

Most people start to notice a difference in movement capability immediately.
